2014 in Review. 2015 in Preview

Not the same as when 2014 startedWith the year drawing to its close it’s not unusual to reach for the tally stick to review what has happened throughout the year before setting out our agendas for the year ahead.

Admit it, we all do it to some degree!

Irrespective of that old chestnut “resolution”, things often require a shake up.

Change is inevitably evolutionary and, if looked at correctly, can allow us to gain a greater understanding of ourselves and our situations. Awareness of subtle shifts while recognising our achievements allows us to re-ground ourselves, creating clearer outcomes as part of setting out on the new year.

I’ve included a link to a worksheet which I hope you will find useful in reviewing the last year together with how you would like the year ahead to pan out.

Wishing you the very best for 2015.

Keep well. Be Happy.
