Annual Reflection | UK Health Coaches Association

UKHCA Jan Newsletter 2019

A big thank you to @ukhealthcoaches for including this year’s Annual Reflection in their January Newsletter. If you missed it, the link is here.

It’s Friday and the end of the first full working week of 2019. This could be a good time to check in.

If you have already committed to some changes, have your actions this week been on track to deliver those changes for you?

If yes, what have you learnt? If no, what have you learnt?

Equally, now that 2019 is in full swing and you’ve thought of making some lifestyle or health changes, and this week has made you want that a little bit more, I hope this reflection will help you to triangulate. Start from a position of knowing where you are now, objectively and kindly.

Pragmatism, focus and regular reconnection are essential to feel comfortable and happy about what we’re doing to benefit our rounded sense of health and wellbeing.

Here’s to everyone’s happy and healthy year ahead.
