Stress | Mental Health Awareness Week | 14-20 May 2018
Running between 14-20th May 2018 the focus of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is Stress.
Over the course of the week, I’ll be posting articles from people I respect and admire.
The aim is to highlight experts from different spheres (sports, clinical, complementary, etc) so that as many readers as possible will be able to associate with the topic of stress more easily and to hear as many differing viewpoints in managing it as possible, too.
There is no one size fits all model.
